And so it starts... the 2010 garden. We are experienced gardeners who grow two vegetable gardens. The first is a raised bed kitchen garden at our home and the other is a shared garden with our neighbor. We can and pickle our harvest as well as eat fresh all summer long.
Today we started our seeds in APS systems on a heat mat. After sprouting they will be moved to a three tier light tray. We are planning on a late April or early May planting. Last year the garden went in right after the last frost (April 15) and it turned cold and wet. We had big problems with blossom end rot and the butter beans never sprouted. So today we start the 2010 gardenand look forward to using this blog as our garden journal
